Hayleys Dipped Products PLC (DPL) is a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial and household rubber gloves, exporting to over 70 countries. As part of the Hayleys Group, one of Sri Lanka’s most diversified conglomerates, DPL operates a complex supply chain that spans raw material procurement, large-scale manufacturing, and international logistics. Managing inventory accuracy, production flow, and distribution efficiency across multiple facilities had become a key challenge as the company scaled its operations.

Solution

FINAP implemented WMS Plus, a comprehensive Warehouse Management System designed to streamline stages of warehouse operations, from goods receipt to final dispatch. Built with flexibility and scalability in mind, WMS Plus provided Hayleys Dipped Products with an intelligent, data-driven foundation for managing their logistics network.

Key capabilities included:
